Purr-fect Pencil Case – a project in Handmade using my cat fabric panel

The instructions for this fun pencil case may be found in the current issue of Handmade – Vol 32, no.4

The rather relaxed cat on the fabric panel used for the front of the pencil case is our cat Ash.  It was rather odd turning the pages of the magazine to find her staring out at me!

If you are interested in purchasing this fabric panel, it is 6″x 9″ finished size, printed onto cotton duck fabric (100% cotton), and is $8.95 per panel (which includes postage within Australia).

I also offer a service of printing your own photos or designs onto fabric – usually onto a good quality quilter’s cotton (100% cotton), but sometimes onto different 100% cotton fabrics (eg. cotton duck) when required.

This pencil case is my second project to recently appear in Handmade.  The first one was a Christmas table runner that appeared in Handmade Vol 32, no.1 :

The red eucalypt flowers were photographed in our garden – glorious Christmas colours.

I’d love to hear what you think of these two projects – there are more in the pipeline!
